Oasis de Vida offers a level of privacy and lush garden space that is rare for being so close to the waves. Whether you are here to surf, for a yoga retreat, or a multi-generational family getaway, this home is designed to be your private tropical escape while being remarkably close to all of what Guiones has to offer.

Because the G-Section is one of the most popular areas in Nosara, Oasis de Vida is a rare find, offering the energy and convenience of being "in town" while providing a massive, private lot that feels like a secluded jungle sanctuary. Once you step inside the gates, Oasis de Vida offers complete privacy.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire main house and studio.
The garage is not available to guests.

-The main house features a stunning kitchen and living space, perfect for chilling during the day. The living room has a smart TV for entertainment, as well as three of the bedrooms. There is also a Sonos sound system!
-Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with premium appliances and a massive breakfast bar.

OUTDOOR LIVING:

-A dedicated poolside cabana featuring a full BBQ station, prep sink, and refrigerator for al-fresco dining under the stars.
-The pool area has retractable shades that come from the pool house, as well as over the sliders coming out of the kitchen's side.
-Stay hydrated with the filtered water system in the cabana.

-Main House (Ground Floor): 3 spacious king size bedrooms, each professionally styled with premium linens. One of these bedrooms has a pull out queen sofa and a TV.
-The Crown Jewel (2nd Floor Master): A massive, self-contained sanctuary featuring a private balcony with sun loungers, a kitchenette, a cozy living room, and a unique style double-vanity bathroom, all while overlooking the pool. This bedroom has a TV.
-The Separate Apartment: Located above the garage with a separate entrance and a full kitchen—perfect for grandparents, a nanny, or couples seeking extra quiet. This bedroom has a TV.

Notes
Please note that all the bedrooms are accessed separately from the outside, so families with young children may want to consider this. Each door has its own unique combination lock. The combinations will be provided before arrival!

Please also note that the cleaning fee is $600 per week; if you are staying for more than a week, we will have to charge an additional cleaning fee per week. A nightly guard can be coordinated at an additional cost.

No smoking whatsoever is allowed on the property.

House Rules
• After your beach adventures, rinse off the sand using the outdoor shower to preserve our septic system.
• No smoking on the property.
• Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; please be respectful of other residents.
• Please ensure bedroom doors are closed to prevent system issues when using the AC,
• We are located in the driest area in the country so we kindly ask for saving water
Housekeeping - Your stay includes:
• A mid week cleaning per week. If you want additional cleaning it can be coordinated via the concierge. at an additional cost

Cancellation Policy
Standard reservations: A deposit is required to confirm your vacation rental. Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit, minus any bank or processing fees. The final payment is due 60 days before arrival, and payments become non-refundable within 60 days of your stay; however, if we are able to rebook your dates, a partial refund may be issued. We appreciate your understanding and recommend considering travel insurance for added peace of mind.

Holiday reservations: (Thanksgiving, Easter, Christmas, and New Year’s): A deposit is required to confirm your vacation rental. Cancellations made up to 90 days prior to check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit, minus any bank or processing fees. The final payment is due 90 days before arrival, and payments become non-refundable within 90 days of your stay; however, if we are able to rebook your dates, a partial refund may be issued.
